He helped co-create the F2 team in conjunction with Woofless and Jon Sandman.

Mike Hencley launched his channel ‘NeatMike’ in 2015 with his first video being “Earl Davis' Guide to Being a PRO at Rocket League”. After this, more Rocket League videos followed, along with videos related to other games, such as Fallout 4, Call of Duty, and so on. Eventually the YouTuber also began publishing random videos. These videos showcased his sense of humor and were found to be quite entertaining by the YouTube audience. Mike next came up with vlogs as well, which were too accepted by his fans.

Till date, he has published over 50 videos, all of which are appealing. In 2017, he took a two-month break due to personal issues and then returned with a video titled 'NeatMike is released from Prison'. His fans were overwhelmed to see him back and welcomed their favorite YouTuber by showing their love in the video’s comment section.
