Morgane Polanski was born on 20 January 1993 in Paris, France to French actress Emmanuelle Seigner and French-Polish filmmaker Roman Polanski. She has a younger brother named Elvis. She is well-versed in both Polish and French. Polanski studied at the International School of Paris. Later on, she learnt acting from the Drama Centre London as well as the Central School of Speech and Drama from where she graduated in 2014.

Five years later, she played the role of a hotel receptionist in the political thriller movie titled ‘The Ghost Writer’. In 2012, Polanski portrayed the character of Courtney in the adventure sci-fi flick ‘Vacation 8’. Three years later, she was cast as Sophie Dunant in the British independent horror flick named ‘Unhallowed Ground’. The same year, she joined the cast of the historical drama television series ‘Vikings’ as Princess Gisla.
