Millie Innes was born on October 5, 2000, in Glasgow, Scotland, to British parents, Julia and Campbell Innes. She has a younger brother named Murray. She was actively interested in performing arts since the age of 2. She was so deeply in love with dancing that she urged her father to build a separate space in her house to help her practice her skills. Her father built her a small wooden stage in her bedroom.
