Lydia developed interest for gymnastics at an early age and started to self-learn the sport when she was 15. The passion for the sport motivated her to share her own learning and experiences with several other gymnastic and fitness enthusiasts. With the social media playing an important role in people’s life across the globe, Lydia chose the world of web to reach out to as many as possible. She launched her YouTube channel ‘Lyd's Vyds’ on January 26, 2014, and uploaded her first video titled ‘How To Do A Bridge | My First Video On My Channel’. Gradually, she came up with many other gymnastics videos.
