Lou Teasdale started off her career in a traditional manner as she enrolled herself at the London College of Fashion to study Fashion Design. She narrowed her focus into hair and make-up and decided to pursue this. She soon entered the fashion industry by assisting Ben Mohapi, a salon owner. She began working her way up by taking several other jobs and eventually creating a name for herself. She was then roped into the hit TV show ‘The X Factor (UK)’ as a stylist in their glam team and then became a full-time stylist with them.
