Leslie Bibb

Leslie Louise Bibb was born on November 17, 1974 in Bismarck, North Dakota, the USA. Her father died when she was just three and she was raised by her single mother alongside her three elder sisters, Kim, Bev and Trish. Bibb graduated from the all-girl Saint Gertrude High School. She later attended the University of Virginia. However, she abandoned her studies after a semester to pursue a full-time modeling career.

Coming to the actress’ love life, she married investment banker Rob Born in November 2003. The couple divorced in December 2004. Currently, Bibb is dating actor Sam Rockwell.

Leslie Bibb started modeling at the age of 16 when she signed a deal with the Elite Agency after getting discovered through a nationwide modeling search. She first appeared on TV in the year 1996, doing minor roles in episodes of ‘Home Improvement’ and ‘Pacific Blue’. The following year, she made her film debut in the movie ‘Private Parts’. This was followed by the actress’ first starring role in a TV series, when she was chosen as the female lead in the 2nd season of ‘The Big Easy’.

In 1999, she did the flick ‘This Space Between Us’. That year, she also joined the team of the WB Network series ‘Popular’ as Brooke McQueen. Bibb next received a role in the comedy movie ‘See Spot Run’. From 2002 to 2003, she appeared in the drama ‘ER’. She then was cast as Paige Van Doren in the drama ‘Line of Fire’. In the year 2005, the American beauty began playing Det. Tallulah 'Lu' Simmons in ‘Crossing Jordan’. While filming the series, she also played roles in the independent movie ‘Wristcutters: A Love Story’ as well as in the TV programs ‘CSI: Miami’ and ‘Entourage’.

She next played Christine Everhart in the super hero movie ‘Iron Man’ in 2008. A year later, Bibb appeared in the film ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’. She also appeared in five episodes of ‘Kings’ that year. Soon after this, she did the black comedy ‘Miss Nobody’. In 2011, she played Stephanie in the film ‘Zookeeper’. The following year, the actress was cast as a lead in the drama series ‘GCB’.

She appeared in the movies ‘No Good Deed’, ‘7500’ and ‘Take Care’ in 2014. The same year, she was given a recurring role to be played in the sitcom ‘About a Boy’. Bibb then got a role in the drama ‘The Odd Couple’. She then began starring in the web series ‘WHIH Newsfront - With Christine Everhart’ in 2015. Soon after this, she joined the cast of ‘American Housewife’. In 2017, the actress did the movie ‘The Babysitter’.
