Thus, by the end of the first year of his professional gaming career, Faker was tagged as the best player in the world.

Before the beginning of the 2014 season, ‘SKT’ merged both their teams, ‘SKT S’ and ‘SKT K,’ into one, which was then called ‘SKT T 1.’ Faker retained his position as the “mid laner” in the team. In the beginning of the season, the team aced the ‘PANDORA.TV Champions Winter 2013–2014.’ The team later won the ‘Samsung Ozone’ championship. Faker’s role in the victory earned him the tag of the best ‘League of Legends’ player of all time.
