Kristin Austin

Kristin was born in the United States of America. Little to no information is available on her family and childhood. In fact, she has not revealed anything about herself prior to 2009, when she married Austin.

Steve Austin was born Steven James Anderson. He later changed his name to Steven James Williams before changing it again to Steve Austin in 2007. Unarguably one of the greatest stars in the history of professional wrestling, Austin, along with The Undertaker (Mark William Calaway), Triple H (Paul Michael Levesque), and The Rock (Dwayne Douglas Johnson), was the leading superstar of the Attitude Era and helped ensure WWE’s monopoly on professional wrestling. Vince McMahon has stated that Austin has far surpassed the popularity of any other professional wrestling star.

Austin’s professional wrestling persona was that of a brazen, crass, beer-drinking antihero who often disregards the authorial figures, including McMahon himself. His career was cut short in 2003 due to health issues stemming from an injury he sustained during the 1997 SummerSlam in a match against Owen Hart. They had been fighting for the Intercontinental Championship when Hart botched a piledriver, dropping Austin on his head. It genuinely broke his neck and caused temporary paralysis. While Austin later recovered and went on to wrestle for six more years, the medical problems related to the injury remained and constantly troubled him since 2001. As a result, he announced his in-ring retirement in 2003. In the subsequent years, he made sporadic appearances on WWE, and since 2014, he has been hosting the Stone Cold Podcast.

Austin has been married four times. He married his high school sweetheart Kathryn Burrhus on November 24, 1990. However, the marriage did not last long as he actively pursued a relationship with professional wrestling manager Jeanie Clarke, who went by the ring name Lady Blossom, while he was still married to Burrhus. The marriage was eventually annulled on August 7, 1992. Austin subsequently married Clarke on December 18, 1992, and has three daughters with her, Stephanie (born in 1992), Loren (1994), and Cassidy (1996). Furthermore, Austin successfully sought to adopt Clark’s daughter from a previous relationship, Jade. After their divorce on May 10, 1999, Austin married professional wrestling valet Debra Marshall on September 13, 2000. It was a very tumultuous relationship during which Austin was convicted of domestic abuse and was ordered to serve a year's probation, pay a $1,000 fine, and perform 80 hours of community service. Marshall and Austin divorced on February 5, 2003.

Kristin Feres and Austin married in 2009. He has since stated that she has played a pivotal role in the positive changes that he has brought about in his life. Kristin attends various red carpet and WWE events with her husband. The couple presently resides in Marina Del Rey, California.
