King Liang launched his Plainrock124 YouTube channel on August 24, 2011. His first video was '%@#! You Poptropica' in which he talked about Poptropica—an online role-playing game—and expressed his dislike for their newly added feature of membership registration. This was followed by a smashing video titled ‘Bored Smashing – Tamagotchi’ in which Liang tried various smashing methods on Tamagotchi. This video was a success and was soon followed by more smashing videos.
In May 2015, the YouTuber’s channel reached newer heights when he posted the video 'How to Annoy Phone Scammers’. In this video, Liang demonstrated some ways to fight phone scammers. The video became an epic hit in no time. Currently, it has over 7 million views (As of October 2018). In November that year, Liang came up with another video that made helped him attain even more fame. This video was ‘50 Ways to Break a Tablet’. Since then, he has been routinely sharing smashing videos and has gained a decent fan following. Today, Liang’s channel Plainrock124 is followed by more than 500k people. One of this channel’s most viewed videos, ‘50 Ways to Break a NINTENDO Switch,’ is definitely worth a watch!
