Kiana Kim initially chose to be a flight attendant after her graduation. Later on, when she became a mother, she decided to become a real estate agent. Kim became quite successful in the field and accumulated considerable wealth. After that, she opened a hair salon while also pursuing an acting and modeling career. It was during this time that she caught the attention of the renowned magazine brand ‘Playboy’. Then she started doing photo shoots for the magazine, appearing in several issues.
