Kealia Ohai

Kealia Mae Ohai was born on January 31, 1992 in Draper, Utah, USA, to Cindy and Ben Ohai. She has a sister named Megan who is a former soccer player. She studied at Alta High School and later on attended the University of North Carolina.

Coming to Ohai’s love life, she is currently in a relationship with J. J. Watt of NFL's Houston Texans. She has a brother-in-law named Brian Cushing who also plays for the Texans. She is active on Twitter and Instagram.

At the University of North Carolina, Kealia Ohai was a four-year starter with Tar Heels from 2010 to 2013. Having been a part of the 2012 championship-winning team, she was named the tournament's most outstanding offensive player. Following her freshman year, she was called to First-Team All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and All-Atlantic Coast Conference All-Freshman Team.

Ohai was chosen as the 2nd overall pick by the Houston Dash for the 2014 NWSL College Draft. In the mid of 2016, she became the club’s captain, scored 11 goals in 10 games and made a late bid for the golden boot.

A part of the American youth national programs since age 13, Ohai has played in the under-15, under-17, under-18, under-20, and under-23 teams. As a member of the 2012 US U-20 Women's National Team, Ohai won 2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup and even scored the game-winning goal that made her team win over Germany. On October 23, 2016, the American soccer player made her international debut in the senior team when she played against Switzerland. In this match, she became the first player in US women's national team debut to score the fastest goal.

Ohai is blind in the right eye.
