Kathrine Narducci was born in East Harlem, New York City, New York, on November 22, 1965. She is of Italian heritage and her father Nicky Narducci was a bar-owner. He was also a popular name in the ‘Mafia’ in East Harlem and was killed in a mob-related hit in front of his own bar. Kathrine was just ten years old when she lost her father in the tragedy. Coming to her own family, she is the mother of two children.
Kathrine Narducci’s acting career started in a very interesting manner when she took her 9-year-old son to audition for the role of a 9-year-old kid in a film. Weirdly enough, Kathrine was picked to play the role of the protagonist’s mother in the movie! The audition was for the 1993 American crime drama film ‘A Bronx Tale’, the directorial debut of the legendary actor Robert De Niro. She played the character of ‘Rosina’ and worked alongside Robert De Niro and Chazz Palminteri.
A year later she signed up for two projects, the 1994 American Christmas fantasy film ‘Miracle on 34th Street’ and the American police procedural and legal drama television series ‘Law & Order,’ in which she appeared in guest roles as ‘Vicky Grant’, ‘Mrs. Marsh’, and ‘Mrs. Louisa D'Angelo’ between 1994 and 1998. She also appeared in the American police procedural drama television series’ NYPD Blue’ between 1995 and 2004 as ‘Ann Marie Fusco’, in special appearances.
During the late 1990s, Kathrine featured in a television show ‘Third Watch’, an American crime drama series, and the television movie ‘Witness to the Mob’, as ‘Linda Milito’ in 1998. Later in 2000, she got the chance to work in the highly popular American crime drama television series ‘The Sopranos’. She worked alongside James Gandolfini, Lorraine Bracco, Edie Falco, Michael Imperioli, Dominic Chianese, Steven Van Zandt, Tony Sirico, Robert Iler, and Jamie-Lynn Sigler. After landing a role in ‘The Sopranos’, she appeared in the film ‘Two Family House’ as ‘Estelle Visalo’ and did a guest appearance in the American comedy series ‘Workaholics’ in 2011.
The ensuing years brought her a minor role in the American crime drama-thriller television series ‘Power’, a supporting role in the American biographical musical drama film ‘Jersey Boys’ by Clint Eastwood, and special appearances in the series ‘Blue Bloods’ and ‘Major Crimes’ in 2015 and 2016 respectively. She appeared in Barry Levinson’s American television drama film ‘The Wizard of Lies’ in 2017 as ‘Eleanor Squillari’. She is currently working on several projects which are in the post-production stage as of late 2017.
