Josephus Conteh

Josephus Conteh was born on November 18, 1997 in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He is the eldest of his parents' two children and has a sister. He studied at Albert Academy, a secondary school in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He later relocated to the United Kingdom without completing his school education and settled in Reading, England, where he attended the coeducational secondary school, Theale Green Community School, from 2011 to July 2014. He is a fitness enthusiast and often shares pictures of his well-built physique with his fans on Instagram.

Josephus Conteh began his social media journey by creating content for the live video broadcasting app Musical.ly under the username 'josephusconteh'. He soon began to gain popularity on the platform, but his account got hacked soon after, cutting short his successful run. He then shifted to the Funimate app, and posted his first video based on the song 'Don't Let Me Down' by The Chainsmokers. Within very short period of time, he amassed more than 100,000 views on the app, as well as 5000 hearts. He later began posting images on Instagram, which helped him earn modeling opportunities from prestigious brands. In the early 2016, he received email communication from an agent from U.K. Models offering modeling jobs in the United Kingdom, following which he began working as a professional model.
