Jin Goo was born on July 20, 1980 in Seoul, South Korea. He studied advertising from the Sahmyook University. Talking about the actor’s love life, he got married to his non-celebrity girlfriend Kim Ji-hye in September 2014. The couple welcomed their first son in June 2015. They again became parents in November 2016.
Jin Goo made his TV debut in the year 2003 through the gambling drama series ‘All In’. He then appeared in the series ‘Nonstop 5’. In 2006, he was cast in the movies ‘A Dirty Carnival’, ‘Ice Bar’ and ‘Love Me Not’. Soon after this, Jin was offered the film ‘Epitaph’. He then appeared in the series ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Tokyo Sun Shower’ in 2008. Before that, he also got featured in a music video for Ivy. After this, the South Korean actor’s breakthrough role came when he was cast as Jin-tae for the movie ‘Mother’ in 2009.
The same year, he acted in the series ‘Swallow the Sun’ and also appeared in music videos for Monday Kiz and Yoon Seo-jin.
