JianHao Tan was born on June 14, 1993 in Singapore. He has a brother named Ridhwan Azman and a sister named Kayley. He has studied at United Nations International School of Hanoi. The YouTuber had once dated online personality Debbie Soon.

JianHao Tan launched his channel on September 11, 2010. It all started when he and his friends Tuan Anh and Hoang Anh decided to make videos to teach their juniors in school how to do things and solve problems. Their first video was 'How to Cut the Line,' which was followed by another one titled ‘How to Cross A Crazy Road’. In 2011, after the departure of his friends from the channel, Tan took over its responsibility and continued posting solely.
In April 2013, his channel really took off when he posted a parody called ‘Singaporean Gentleman (Psy- Gentleman Parody)’. This funny yet motivational video became a hit in no time. Currently having over 2 million views, this parody is definitely a must watch. Soon, he posted more such motivational and entertaining videos, all of which managed to win the hearts of Tan’s viewers. The YouTuber became famous with time and his channel crossed the million-subscriber mark. Today, Tan has more than 2 million subscribers and over 440 million views.
Three of the most popular videos on the channel till date are 'Good Students vs Bad Students’, 'Single VS Relationships’, 'Things Girlfriends Wished Their Boyfriends Would Do VS Reality’. The first video features a funny scenario demonstrating the differences between the good and the bad students in school. In the second video, JianHao Tan presents a comparison of the lives of single people with those in relationships.
