Jennifer Schwalbach Smith was born as Jennifer Mary Schwalbach on April 7, 1971, in Newark, New Jersey, United States. She graduated from UCLA. She met American film director Kevin Smith while serving as a reporter for ‘USA Today.’ She got romantically involved with him and became pregnant with his daughter. The couple got married in April 1999 and welcomed their first child, Harley Quinn Smith, on June 26, 1999. Currently, Schwalbach lives with her husband and daughter in the Hollywood Hills. The American actress is active on the social networking site Twitter.

In 2001, she appeared as Missy in the comedy flick ‘Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back’. A year later, she acted in the movie ‘Now You Know’. Then in 2004, she did the comedy drama flick ‘Jersey Girl’.
