Grace Phipps

Grace Phipps is a shy and introverted girl and keeps her personal life private. Although she is an actor, there have not been any dating rumors about her.

She is immensely popular and has a huge fan base on ‘Twitter,’ ‘Instagram,’ and ‘Facebook.’

She is close to her family, but due to her strict work commitments, traveling to San Antonio regularly becomes difficult for her. Grace is making efforts to convince her family to move to Los Angeles. Although she does not get enough time, she makes sure to talk to them every day, through ‘FaceTime’ or ‘Skype.’

Grace Phipps was born Grace Victoria Phipps Padilla, on May 4, 1992, in Austin, Texas, to Kate and Gil Phipps. She was raised with her younger brother, Liam Phipps, in Boerne, Texas. She later moved to San Antonio, Texas, with her parents.

Grace attended ‘Robert E Lee High School’s ‘North East School of the Arts.’ As a child, she was passionate about music and acting. She was also part of ‘The Magik Theatre’ a children’s theater in San Antonio, Texas, and majored in musical theater.

In 2010, she won the ‘Las Casas Performing Arts Scholarship Competition.’ As soon as she completed her graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to work seriously toward her passion, acting. She was recognized by an acting agent after she performed the role of a tough girl named ‘Rizzo’ in a theatrical production of ‘Grease.’

Grace got her breakthrough role after she was recognized by an agent in a play. In 2011, she made her acting debut as ‘Bee’ in the film ‘Fright Night.’ The film was a remake of the 1985 horror film of the same name. She did not have to struggle much to bag her first film.

The same year, she was cast as ‘Amy Tiffany Martin’ in the TV series ‘The Nine Lives of Chloe King.’ It was an American supernatural drama that aired from June 14, 2011, on ‘ABC Family.’

Following this, she appeared as ‘April Young’ in the supernatural drama ‘The Vampire Diaries.’ The series originally premiered on September 10, 2009, on ‘The CW’ and continued till March 10, 2017. It stretched over eight seasons and consisted of 171 episodes.

In 2013, she bagged the role of ‘Megan’ in the sitcom ‘Baby Daddy.’ She appeared in this series till its final episode. The series was about a man named ‘Ben Wheeler,’ taking care of his daughter with the help of his mother, his brother, and two best friends.

Finally, in 2013, she became a household name after she appeared as ‘Lela’ in the TV film ‘Teen Beach Movie.’ The film originally premiered on ‘Disney Channel’ on July 19, 2013. The film featured her in a leading role and gained positive reviews.
