Freddie Tomlinson was born on January 21, 2016 and the news was made public via a tweet by Louis Tomlinson on January 23, 2016. Photos of both the parents with the baby were also posted on social media such as their Instagram accounts. It was clear by the announcement that the baby will bear the surname of his father. Louis Tomlinson was super elated on the birth of his son Freddie. Freddie’s aunts met him in April 2016 and the child was born a star. Freddie Tomlinson is already one year old and he celebrated his first birthday with his parents and Briana’s family. The photo with the parents presenting a cake to Freddie is just too adorable.

Briana and Louis’s relationship has been a topic for media attention as they were never a couple and Louis Tomlinson was dating actress Danielle Campbell when the pregnancy news came forth. He also made a public appearance with Danielle Campbell. Briana’s stepdad issued a statement stating that he would be happy if Louis and Briana were in a relationship but nevertheless Louis will always remain the father to Freddie.

Freddie Tomlinson’s custody has been a hot topic for discussion as the case has seen many ups and downs. As per the sources Briana made a lot of requests for child support ever since the boy was born. Some reports state that Louis extended to offer $8200 along with 50/50 custody of the boy but the offer was not accepted by Briana. Briana Jungwirth asked for an amount of $84,000 then came down to $54,000 but again, it was rejected by the Louis. Lot of stories made rounds around the parents of Freddie Tomlinson regarding the custody but almost all of them were refuted at some point or another. In June 2016, People Magazine confirmed that Louis Tomlinson has filed for a joint custody of Freddie. The present status of Freddie’s custody is unknown to the public.
