Flau'jae Johnson was born on November 3, 2003 in Savannah, GA, USA to rapper Jason Johnson aka Camouflage and Kia Jones. Her father was killed when he was just 21 years old; her mother was pregnant with her at that time. Flau'jae has a brother named Yadon Moultrie.
She is a student at the Bible Baptist School. The young rapper, who has a heart of gold, is associated with many philanthropic organizations. Currently, she devotes her spare time at the Frank Callen Boys/Girls Club where she coaches the needy students. In addition to this, Flau'jae has participated in the Chatham County Youth Commission Rally.
She is also involved in the Feed the Hungry campaign. The young American artiste, who lost her father to street violence, is committed to end violence in her community. For achieving this purpose, she recently launched a campaign ‘Tragedy to Triumph’. Through the campaign, she delivers her stories and messages to the world around, urging people to choose the path of peace over violence.
Flau'jae started singing at a very tender age. As the daughter of a well-known rapper, she soon got the chance to sing on stage. She gave her first public performance when she was just a little girl, the video of which is also available on her YouTube channel titled 'Flau'jae Johnson'.
She continued giving stage performances and began accumulating a loyal following. She recorded for the first time for her debut album titled ‘Y'all Know Flau'jae’ which was released in 2013. She also started touring in order to showcase her talent to the world. Till date, she has toured with many popular music groups including OMG Girlz and Mindless Behavior.
In 2017, Flau’jae participated in the reality singing competition show ‘The Rap Game-Season 3’ where she was the youngest of five new rappers. Her appearance on the show further boosted her rising popularity among the young audience.
