Erin Everly

Erin Everly was born on November 8, 1965 in Los Angeles, California, the USA to Don Everly and Venetia Stevenson. She has two siblings named Stacy and Edan. Her parents separated in the 1970s. Her maternal grandparents were soap opera actress Anna Lee and Robert Stevenson. Her paternal grandparents were country music performer Margaret Everly and guitarist Isaac Milford Everly. Erin Everly studied at Buckley School in Los Angeles. She was later transferred to a public school system due to her family's financial problems. Erin Everly suffers from dyslexia. She once had two dogs named Torque and Geneva.

In 1980, Erin Everly moved to New York City in order to model for the Wilhelmina Agency. She then went on to model for numerous brands and companies like Guess, Bebe and Jordache. In 1988, she appeared in the song ‘Guns N' Roses: Sweet Child O' Mine’. A few years later, she went on to feature in ‘Guns N' Roses: Welcome to the Videos’ in 1998.

Erin Everly met singer Axl Rose at a local party in 1986. Eventually, the two started dating and got married in April 1990. Unfortunately, just after nine months, their marriage was annulled. Erin Everly had a miscarriage during her marriage to Rose. In 1994, she filed a lawsuit against him for domestic violence stating that she was emotionally, sexually, and physically abused by him throughout their marriage.

After separating from Axl Rose, she was in brief relationships with many other popular celebrities, such as Anthony Kiedis, David Arquette, Donovan Leitch Jr., Matthew Klyn and Matthew Nelson. In the year 1997, she married John C. Portman III, the vice chairman of Portman Holdings and John Portman and Associates. After marrying him, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and became the step-mother of Portman’s daughter who later went on to become an actress. The couple had three kids together, one son Easan and two daughters Eres and Esper, before divorcing in 2006.
