Diandra Luker married Michael Douglas in March 1977. They led a happy married life for several years. They have a son, Cameron Douglas, who was born in 1978. After a decade of marriage, things started turning sour and their relationship hit a rock. In 1995, they started living separately, and the couple was legally divorced in 2000. As part of the divorce settlement, Luker received a sum of $45 million from Douglas.
After her divorce, Luker was in a relationship with businessman Zach Hampton Bacon III. In 2004, the couple had twin boys, Hudson and Hawk, born from a surrogate mother. The couple parted ways shortly afterwards. Later, Luker adopted a daughter, Imira, from Kazakhstan. Luker was the godmother to late Casey Johnson, the heiress to ‘Johnson & Johnson.’

Later, Luker moved to the United States for her higher education.

When she was 19 years old, Luker met Hollywood star Michael Douglas at the swearing-in ceremony of the US President, Jimmy Carter. They started dating, and after two weeks of courtship, Douglas proposed to marry Luker. They got married in March, 1977.
Diandra Luker was actively involved in charity work during her teenage. She was an active member of the ‘Red Cross.’ Due to her interest in charity work, Luker was hired by the Board of Directors of ‘Metropolitan Museum of Art,’ to produce documentaries for their ‘Office of Film and Television.’
