David Henrie had his first lead acting role in the 2003 TV drama ‘The Pitts’. After this, he appeared in the series ‘Method & Red’ in 2004. The same year, he was cast as Larry in ‘That's So Raven’. Around this time, he also did the movie ‘Arizona Summer’. Then in 2005, the actor played the character of Luke Mosby in the drama ‘How I Met Your Mother’. Two years later, he was cast in the main role of Justin Russo in the Disney series ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ which gained him much popularity.
