Danielle Campbell

Danielle Campbell was born to Georganne and John Campbell on 30 January 1995 at Hinsdale, Illinois, USA. She has a younger brother, Johnny Campbell, with whom she shares an extremely close bond. She often hangs out with him during her breaks and has posted several pictures with her brother on social media. Danielle Campbell is known to have been in a relationship with English singer and songwriter Louis Tomlinson. The couple was in a year long relationship between late 2015 and early 2017. She is known to be an animal lover and has showcased her fondness for them through pictures and media posts.

Danielle Campbell was discovered in a beauty salon in Chicago at the young age of ten. She made her acting debut when she was 11 with guest appearances in five episodes of the television series ‘Prison Break’ (2006-2007). In 2008, she played the character of Darla in feature film ‘The Poker House’. The same year she was part of a nationwide advertisement for Build-A-Bear workshop. She made appearances in several other television series like ‘Zeke and Luther’ (2010), ‘Starstruck’ (2010) and ‘Drop Dead Diva’ (2012).

In 2011, she played the lead role in teenage romance comedy-drama film ‘Prom’. The following year she played a major role in feature film ‘Madea's Witness Protection’. Between 2013 and 2016, she was part of television series ‘The Originals’, from season 1 to season 3. In 2017, she made an appearance in reality television cooking competition ‘Hell's Kitchen’ in the episode ‘Aerial Maneuvers’. In April 2017, she was featured in Flaunt magazine as part of a Sping/Summer photo shoot project done in association with Harol Baez. Her other feature film projects ‘Race to Redemption’ and ‘F*&% the Prom’ are currently in the post-production stage. She is also known to be part of an upcoming web television series ‘Runaways’; which is based on the Marvel Comics of the same title.

Danielle Campbell is actively involved in working with communities and groups for social causes. She was part of the ‘Stand Up to Cancer’ campaign. Apart from that she has also worked with a nonprofit organization Heifer International that supports sustainable agriculture and commerce in poverty stricken areas. She has travelled to places like Guatemala as part of such initiatives.
