The Daequan Loco channel was started by him only for Fortnite content. In February 2018, just after six months from the time he started playing, Daequan officially became a member of the United States based eSports organization, ‘Team SoloMid’ (abbreviated TSM). It was founded by Vietnamese-American entrepreneur and former professional League of Legends player Andy "Reginald" Dinh. The announcement of Daequan’s inclusion in TSM was made on February 4, 2018. The organisation hosts different professional teams for various games. Daequan signed to become a part of the competitive Fortnite squad of TSM. His storied history in gaming includes playing in several competitive level games which includes Smite, Wildstar, GunZ, Black Desert Online and Destiny 1 PvP among others. Apparently, Fortnite is the first Battle Royale game of Daequan. He is noted for garnering the most invitational wins in North America and influencing the Meta considerably via his gameplay. The North America region wins of Daequan in Fortnite game brought him into the limelight.
Presently there are seven TSM Fortnite Rosters of which his team, ‘TSM Daequan,’ consists of Daequan, OPSCT, Camills and Hamlinz. Among them OPSCT is the team’s game streamer. The streamer career of Daequan has seen him garner several achievements, particularly with regard to his Fortnite career. He went on to create a World Record of the maximum kills in a Fortnite Game on March 9, 2018, garnering a kill count of 39 in a game all by himself in a Teams of 20 match. His record was later surpassed by YouTuber Teeqzy on April 30, 2018, who set a new world record of 43 kills. American YouTuber and Twitch Streamer Hamlinz, who remained partner of Daequan in the game, garnered 4 kills before dying in the match. The sum total of Daequan’s 39 kills and Hamlinz’s 4 kills emerged as the count of the second most kills from a duo team, while the most kills from a duo team was made by NICKMERCS and NioiLy, who garnered 46 kills. Daequan’s collaborators include OPscT, Avxry, Pokimane, CaMiLLs, Hamlinz, Myth and Ninja.
Daequan has become some sort of a YouTube icon. He created his self-titled YouTube channel on November 14, 2017. In less than a year he has amassed a remarkable count of 3.8 million subscribers and even more impressive and whooping count of over 324 million views. Daequan Loco was born on May 12, 1994 in the US state of Florida. His real name is still not known. There is hardly any information on his family background, childhood and education. It seems that Daequan does not like to divulge much about his personal life. He presently lives in Los Angeles, California, where he relocated on May 10, 2018.
