After completing high school, Crystal studied at the ‘East Tennessee State University,’ and graduated with a major in Psychology. She then went on to pursue a master’s degree in Psychology.

She started her career at East Tennessee State University. After her graduation, she worked as a Counselor and served in the same profile until 2013.

Thereafter, she established an insurance company called ‘The Jacobs Agency Allstate Insurance,’ along with her husband, Glenn. Their company provides insurance for automobiles, home, life, and other commercial insurances. It also offers its clients one of the best retirement plans.

Apart from running an insurance company, Crystal has also worked for many non-governmental organizations. As part of her work, Crystal has saved the lives of many animals in her neighborhood.
