It said, “Corinna Schumacher – a new love makes her happy.” The news item was about the romantic relations of her daughter, Gina-Maria. Schumacher claimed that the headline tarnished her image, giving the impression to readers that she had abandoned her husband. But the court refused to grant any compensation in the matter.
