Cody Ko was born as Cody Kolodziejzyk on November 22, 1990 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to Greg and Helen Kolodziejzyk. He has a sister named Krista who is often featured in his YouTube videos.
He attended the Duke University in North Carolina and graduated from there in 2012 with a BA in Computer Science.
