Chad McQueen was born as Chadwick Steven McQueen on December 28, 1960, in Los Angeles, California, USA. His mother is Filipina actress Neile Adams and his father was Steve McQueen, an Academy Award-nominated actor. McQueen had a sister named Terry McQueen who died in 1998. He is also the step-brother of producer/ screenwriter Josh Evans. The actor was married to Stacey Toten from 1987 to 1990. The couple had one son, actor/model Steven R. McQueen. After divorcing Toten, McQueen got married to Jeanie Galbraith in 1993. The couple has two kids, Madison McQueen and soccer player Chase McQueen.

As an actor, Chad McQueen has appeared in the films ‘The Karate Kid’, ‘The Karate Kid Part II’, ‘New York Cop’, ‘Red Line’ and ‘Death Ring’. He has also appeared on the television shows ‘Celebrity Rides’ and ‘Hot Rod TV’. As a producer, he has worked on a documentary named ‘Filming at Speed’ for which he won a Telly Award later on.

McQueen began his driving career at a very tender age. At the age of twelve, he won his class at World Mini Grand Prix. He then competed in many different types of races, ranging from Baja 1000 to Motocross. In the year 2004, he qualified for SCCA Runoffs and won multiple events.

Two years later, McQueen got seriously injured in an accident that took place while he was practicing for Daytona Sports Car race. From this accident, he suffered from a broken leg, multiple rib fractures, as well as some vertebrae fractures. Then in November 2007, he drove Brumos 1975 Ecurie Escargot RSR to the exhibitions at Porsche Rennsport Reunion III. Three years later, McQueen started his company McQueen Racing LLC and began producing limited-edition high-performance automobile transbrakes and motorcycles.
