Carly Rose Sonenclar

Carly Rose Sonenclar was born on April 20, 1999 in New York City, New York, USA, to Bоb and Tеrri Edеlmаn Sоnеnсlаr. She has an older brother named Russell. Sonenclar is Jewish. She likes the music of the band Thе Blасk Eуеd Pеаs. She also enjoys the tracks by Bruno Mars. Currently, Sonenclar resides in Mamaroneck, New York. Nothing is known regarding her love and dating life.

Carly Rose Sonenclar started her professional acting career in 2006 when she performed in the play ‘The Night of the Hunter’. The same year, she made her Broadway debut as Young Cosette in the play ‘Les Miserables’. Then in 2009, she appeared in the musical ‘Little House on the Prairie.’ Soon after this, the actress made her TV debut as Gilda Flip on PBS, in the series ‘The Electric Company’ produced by Sesame Workshop.

She then played the role of Chloe in the Broadway musical ‘Wonderland’. The play was not a hit. In October 2011, Sonenclar was cast in the lead role of Parsley in the musical ‘The Big Bank’ that was staged at the New York Musical Theater Festival. Till date, she has appeared in two feature films, ‘The Nanny Diaries’ and ‘The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2’. The American beauty has also made numerous guest appearances on television.

In 2012, Carly Rose Sonenclar appeared as a contestant on the 2nd season of ‘The X Factor’ and emerged as the runner-up. The following year, she recorded her original tracks "Unforgettable” and "Fighters”. That year, she also performed at the Best Buy Theater in the Stand Up for a Cure 2013 Concert Series. Sonenclar has performed numerous times with Boyce Avenue on stage. She sang at a concert held at Provident Bank Park in July 2014. There she performed three songs titled “Weekend”, “Everybody’s Watching” and “Aliens”. Presently, she is busy working on developing a “new kind” of original music.
