Brooke Langton was born on November 27, 1970 in Arizona, in the US. Her father Jackson Langton was a geologist while her mother worked as a surgical nurse. Her grandfather Stephen Cummings had served in the World War II as a bomber pilot. She also has an aunt named Sally Spalding who worked as a script supervisor. It was her influence that made Langton decide to be an actress at an early age.

She made her film debut in 1994 in the action film ‘Terminal Velocity’, where she played a minor role of a drug addict. The film, which was directed by Deran Sarafian, was a commercial failure.
