Later on, the couple split and in 2004, Moynahan started dating NFL quarterback, Tom Brady. Unfortunately, this couple separated in late 2006.

On February 18, 2007, it was revealed that Moynahan was three months pregnant with Brady’s child.

Bridget Moynahan was born as Kathryn Bridget Moynahan on April 28, 1971, in Binghamton, New York, to Irish American parents.

Her mother, Mary Bridget, was a school teacher and her father, Edward Bradley Moynahan, was a scientist and former administrator at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The actress has two brothers – Sean and Andy.

Moynahan spent her childhood days in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She completed her graduation in 1989 from Longmeadow High School.

After completing graduation, she started modeling and did several commercials. During that time, she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Later on, Bridget Moynahan began taking acting classes from the Caymichael Patten Studio, New York.

During her late teen years, Bridget Moynahan did photo shoots for magazines like ‘Vogue’ and ‘Elle.’

In 1999, she made her television debut as ‘Natasha Naginsk’ in HBO’s ‘Sex and the City’. She portrayed the character of the woman who marries Carrie’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) boyfriend – Mr. Big. The following year, the actress did small roles in films like ‘Whipped’ and ‘In the Weeds’.

Bridget Moynahan got her big break in the 2000 drama ‘Coyote Ugly’. In this comedy film, she portrayed the character of ‘Rachel’ – a bartender/dancer. Although this film garnered negative critical reviews, it was a box-office success.

The actress’ next role was of supporting type in the flick ‘Serendipity’ as ‘Hally’ in 2001.

She was then cast in the action film titled ‘The Sum of All Fears’, with Morgan Freeman and Ben Affleck as her co-stars. She played a strong and independent woman in the 2002 flick.

In September 2006, Bridget Moynahan appeared in the drama series ‘Six Degrees’ that was aired on the ABC television. This series highlighted six residents of the New York City and their connections with one another. Apart from Moynahan, the other actors who appeared in the series were Erika Christensen, Dorian Missick, Jay Hernandez, Hope Davis and Campbell Scott. About 13.3 million people watched the series when it was premiered on September 20, 2006.
