Brad Leman

Brad Leman was born on October 29, 1996, in London. He grew up in Surrey, London. He has a year younger sister. Brad currently lives in Guildford, United Kingdom.

Brad commenced his YouTube career while he was in the secondary school. At that time, he was not equipped with much of the technical know-how. This eventually hampered his career as a gamer. Hence, for his higher studies, he went on to study BTEC Creative Media Production from Alton College. He opted for the one year course instead of the two years one so that he could focus more on YouTube.

Brad’s personal favorite video on his channel is the ‘GTA 5 Alien Attack - Part 1.’ Brad took off a month or two to shoot it. His extremely busy schedule keeps him from watching other gameplay videos on YouTube, which he used to do a lot earlier.

As a kid, Brad used to watch a lot of gameplay videos. By the time he was in his secondary school, he had made up his mind to be a YouTuber. Along with some of his friends, he bought an HD PVR to record clips for a ‘montage’ on the game ‘Modern Warfare 2.’ That was his first step toward collecting content for his upcoming YouTube channel.

Brad’s main idea was to incorporate various elements into his videos so that his viewers get a unique experience watching his gameplay videos. He landed upon the idea of infusing humor into his videos. At the same time, he wanted his videos to have a ‘story’ element in them.

While Brad was working on his future gameplays, his ‘Modern Warfare 2’ clan went on the verge of disbandment. He commenced his YouTube career after the clan broke up completely. He started using the HD PVR to record ‘Let’s Plays’ and other similar games. Around mid 2011, Brad created his channel titled as ‘TheGamingLemon.’

In 2016, his channel underwent a lot of changes, especially in its layout. The initial videos on the channel were based on the ‘Let’s Plays.’ Brad later shifted to the ‘Minecraft Games’ and now finally to ‘GTA.’ Brad keeps on adding something new to his content. After humor and the ‘story’ element, Brad went on to add ‘facecams’ to his videos. His channel now has a variety of gameplay videos to offer. Some of the prominent ones are GTA 5 Funny Moments, Red Dead Redemption, Far Cry 3, and The Sims 4. Brad’s most popular series to date is for ‘GTA V and IV: Mods.’ His heavily edited gameplays, infused with various entertaining elements, have helped Brad build his YouTube base that comprises of over 3 million subscribers to date.

Apart from gaming, Brad has directed and co-written a YouTube series titled as ‘Jeffery Hibbons.’ He is extremely popular on other social media platforms as well. His Instagram account has over 170 thousand followers, while his Twitter handle has hit over 290 thousand followers.

Brad also owns two online clothing stores, one for the UK customers and the second one for the US.
