Bokeem Woodbine was born on April 13, 1973 in Harlem, New York, United States. He attended Dalton School and later on studied at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Talking about his love life, the actor is married to Mahiely Woodbine. The couple has a daughter.
Bokeem Woodbine first appeared in an episode of ‘CBS Schoolbreak Special’ in 1993. He then appeared in the movies ‘Crooklyn’ and ‘Jason's Lyric’. Soon after this, he was cast for the films ‘Panther’ and ‘Dead Presidents’. In 1996, Woodbine appeared in a music video for Tupac. The same year, he acted in the films ‘The Elevator’, ‘Freeway’ and ‘The Rock’. Then he got the opportunity to perform in the movies ‘Caught Up’, ‘The Big Hit’ and ‘Almost Heroes’.
In the year 1999, the American artiste did the flicks ‘Can't Get Right’ and ‘The Runner’.
