Audrey has an extravagant and fearless personality, which was evident when she joined the movement against US President Donald Trump. She was displeased with the fact that he was elected over Hillary Clinton, who Audrey thought deserved to be the American president. Audrey, along with several other protestors, was arrested for this movement. She later talked about it on ‘Instagram’ and did not shy away from sharing her disappointment at Trump’s victory.

In 2013, Audrey Whitby started dating Joey Bragg. In 2017, Joey shared a long ‘Instagram’ post declaring his love for Audrey on the day she turned 21. The couple seems to be going strong with their relationship.

Audrey Whitby was born on April 10, 1996, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to Susan and David Whitby. Soon after her birth, her family moved to Indiana, where Audrey and her older sister, Madeline, were raised. Madeline is also an actor. As a kid, Audrey looked up to her sister for inspiration to become an actor.

Audrey was interested in comedy sketches and “improv” shows since she was a child. After returning from school she would often sit in front of the TV and watch endless reruns of ‘MadTV’ and ‘SNL.’ She acquired inspiration for a career in comedy from these shows. Participating in community theater at the tender age of 6 further contributed to her passion of pursuing acting. In addition, she did school plays and participated in choirs. She had an extroverted nature, and her confidence in social situations led her to do more comedy.

She received professional training in acting, voice acting, and dancing. She moved to Chicago with her family when she was 8 years old. She continued focusing on comedy and stage shows. At the age of 11, Audrey became the recipient of the ‘Actor of the Year Award’ at the ‘Civic Awards’ in Michigan.

At the age of 13, she moved to Los Angeles with her family and started auditioning. Soon after landing in Los Angeles, she started bagging TV roles and commercials.

In 2011, she made her acting debut with the film ‘Trippin’,’ in which she played the quirky role of ‘L’il f.cker.’ Her crazy and confident portrayal of her debut role helped her bag a spot on ‘Disney Channel’s sketch-comedy series ‘So Random!’ in 2011. The show was based on the format of a “show within a show” and exhibited daily lives of the people on the sets of ‘Sonny with a Chance.’ Audrey played the recurring role of ‘Audrey Vale’ for 18 episodes of the show.

Her perfect comic timing resonated with the audience, and her portrayal was highly praised by the media too. In 2012, she made guest appearances in the comedy series ‘Austin & Ally’ and ‘Dog with a Blog.’ In the same year, she appeared in the short film ‘Scared Sweet’ and ended the year with another guest appearance on the show ‘Bad Fairy.’

In 2013, she got her biggest career breakthrough when she was selected as one of the cast members for ‘AwesomenessTV,’ a sketch-comedy show. It was based on a ‘YouTube’ channel of the same name and allowed Audrey to experiment with her acting ability by playing several roles. Audrey appeared on the show for 18 episodes and gained significant on-camera experience.

In 2013, she began playing the character of ‘Cherry’ in the comedy series ‘The Thundermans.’ The series touched the themes of supernatural elements and fantasy. Audrey’s portrayal was loved widely by the audiences. She remained associated with the series for a total of 27 episodes before she moved on to other projects.

In 2014, she starred in the comedy TV film ‘Terry the Tomboy,’ which was loosely based on one of the ‘AwesomenessTV’ characters, which Lia Marie Johnson had portrayed earlier. The film had Audrey playing ‘Britannica,’ the former friend and arch-nemesis of the titular character, ‘Terry.’ In the same year, Audrey appeared in the short comedy film ‘Pro Wrestling Family’ as ‘The Amazing Mia.’
