Amanda Clapham

Amanda Dawn Clapham was born on November 16, 1990. She was raised in Manchester, United Kingdom, in a close-knit family. Possessing the passion for acting since childhood, she attended the Manchester School of Theater. Currently, Clapham resides in Liverpool, England. Coming to her love life, she is in a relationship with ‘Hollyoaks’ actor Alfie Browne-Sykes who is three years older than her. The young actress also became a part of the UK Electoral Commission campaign in which she encouraged people to cast their vote in the 2016 elections.

Amanda Clapham started her career in the year 2013, at the age of 15. She made her debut in the British romantic drama TV series ‘Hollyoaks’. Amanda Clapham once came into the spotlight because of a Twitter post where she addressed her ‘Hollyoaks’ co-star, Charlie Clapham, as ‘brother’. The news spread like wildfire that the two were somehow biologically related. However, the actress later on clarified that although she shares a last name with the actor, they are not related to each other. She also said that she jokingly called him ‘brother’ on Twitter.
