This happened after she followed the advice of her friends and sent her bikini modeling photos to the magazine following which Cerny, who was at that time studying at the Florida State University, was flown to Los Angeles for a photo shoot. Eventually she began modeling and earned a name in the field. However her career really took off after she launched her Vine account and YouTube channel and started posting sexy and hilarious videos. The subject matters of her comical and sexy videos include her workout routines and also what women endure on a daily basis. The videos gradually became a furor among viewers and with time led her to gain millions of fans and viewers. The most popular video of this internet sensation is the hilarious one on lessons on the proper way to eat a banana that received a count of more than a million views on YouTube. At present she is one of the most celebrated and sought after Vine Stars. She hangs around with many fellow Vine Stars such as Jake Paul, Josh Peck and King Bach. Cerny has also collaborated with the extremely popular Vine Star Rudy Mancuso to create Vine videos.

This gorgeous head turner has made her presence felt in the world of acting as well with her recurring role on American comedy TV series on Comedy Central titled ‘Adam Devine's House Party’. She also essayed the role of Mrs. McDoogle in the 2016 movie ‘The Bet’. Cerny has a heart to help and is involved in a lot of charitable activities. She became involved in charitable work in Haiti in 2010 and later started her own charitable foundation called the Play Foundation. She tries to spread awareness on charity by uploading posts about the charity on the social media platforms where she has a strong presence. Cerny also introduced the foundation called ChangUr, that is involved in raising funds for needy children, at the Forbes Under 30 Summit.

She was born on June 26, 1991, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was raised along with her sister Samantha in Florida. She later moved to Los Angeles, California. Cerny is a fitness freak and devotes ample time to workouts to maintain her enviable and toned body. Her fitness regime includes doing cardio everyday, which is one of her favorite workouts, apart from undergoing other fitness activities. In 2016 she posted a video of herself with Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Bieber where both are seen singing, dancing and having a gala time at The Doheny Room, in West Hollywood which raised many eyebrows in anticipation of a new romantic relationship round the corner!
