Despite being married to a famous American rock star Allison has so far managed to evade the spotlight as she likes to maintain a low profile. She leads a healthy lifestyle and encourages her family members to do the same. She takes her role as a yoga teacher very seriously as she spends most of her time in planning her classes. She is also passionate about music and often infuses music into her yoga classes. She currently lives in New York City along with her husband and daughter.

Allison Bridges was born in the United States of America. After her high school education, she moved to New York City to study at the ‘New York University.’ Allison She started practicing yoga along with attending photography classes at the ‘New York University.’ After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography, Allison began working as a photographer. She also had a brief career as a fashion model, thanks to her stunning looks. By now, Allison had fallen in love with yoga and planned to make a career out of it. After contemplating for years, she finally enrolled herself for yoga classes and successfully completed the ‘Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training Course.’ In September 2003, she was certified as a ‘Jivamukti’ Yoga instructor.

Allison strongly believes that practicing yoga ardently can bring an end to the pain and suffering of all living beings. She also believes that yoga is the way forward as it can help people find true happiness. Her passion for teaching yoga stems from the idea that the whole mankind can benefit from practicing this ancient art form. As a yoga teacher, Allison makes sure her students have an uplifting experience while attending her classes. She often infuses yoga with music and tries various other things to keep her students interested. Allison Bridges is currently one of the most popular yoga teachers in New York City.

Allison Bridges started dating the famous ‘Black Crowes’ band member Chris Robinson, soon after his divorce with actress Kate Hudson, in 2007. After dating him for a couple of years, Allison got pregnant with his child in 2009. Chris Robinson made the news official by announcing Allison’s pregnancy just a few days after the release of his band’s album, ‘Before the Frost...Until the Freeze,’ in August 2009. The couple decided to walk down the aisle the same year before the birth of their child. Allison Bridges gave birth to their daughter Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson on December 26, 2009.
