Adelaine Morin

Adelaine Morin was born on January 28, 1998, in Toronto, Canada. She was raised by her parents, Bernadette and Randy Morin. She grew up with her brother, Brayden, and her sister, Celeste. They both have appeared in Morin’s videos on numerous occasions. Though Adelaine and Celeste are not twins, they look identical.

Adelaine loves horse riding and is looking forward to taming a horse. She is also very organized when it comes to her daily routine. She has a habit of saving money and is a fierce bargainer whenever she goes out for shopping.

Morin became familiar with make-up and fashion at a very young age as she was part of her school’s drama group. Hence, she already knew a thing or two about fashion and make-up even before completing her high school. This prompted her to post fashion vlogs.

Morin had been bullied by a group of girls during her high school days. Hence, to outclass all her detractors and to show the world that she can succeed in achieving fame, she decided to use social media to earn name and fame.

In 2011, she created her first YouTube channel. The first video that she posted on her channel was a vlog in which she asked her viewers about the type of videos they would prefer to watch. In her next vlog, Morin displayed a collection of her angry bird toys.

In her first DIY video, she taught her viewers to make a beautiful ribbon headband. She then started posting make-up videos, but they did not attract many viewers. Her make-up tutorials improved drastically after her association with the lifestyle magazine, ‘Seventeen.’

In 2012, she won the magazine’s ‘Beauty Smartie Showdown,’ which was hosted by Shay Mitchell of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ fame. This turned out to be a life-changing event for Morin. After winning the competition, she was approached by top beauty brands like ‘NYX,’ ‘Maybelline,’ ‘Victoria's Secret,’ and ‘Too Faced’ among many other brands.
