The Centennial Center Research Grants for the spring cycle are now open for applications, and it supports research in all fields of political science. The primary aim of these grants is to provide funding opportunities for research conducted by political scientists who are ineligible for departmental funding.
Eligible applicants for the grant include political science faculty members of all ranks who work in departments that do not grant PhDs, graduate students currently enrolled in a Political Science PhD program or a program in a related discipline, and political scientists who work in non-tenure track or contingent positions.
The grant program offers $40,000 in funding annually, and each individual grant proposal may not exceed $2,500. The selection process for grant recipients is conducted through a peer-review process.
