Jersey City home invasion arrests 1

Two men and one of their mothers have been arrested and charged with multiple crimes after a failed armed home invasion in Jersey City. The suspects allegedly entered a house with a weapon and demanded money from the occupants, but they fled after being confronted. The police later apprehended the suspects along with two handguns found during the search. Earl Austin and Loena Maynard are facing several firearm-related offenses, including illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, unlawful possession of a handgun, and possession of a dum-dum bullet, among others. Maynard is also charged with tampering with evidence. Malissa Austin, the mother of Earl Austin, was also arrested on suspicion of participating in the conspiracy. In addition, ten men from Jersey City were arrested for their involvement in a drug distribution ring.

According to local authorities, two men and one of their mothers have been arrested and charged with multiple crimes after a failed armed home invasion in Jersey City. Earl Austin and Loena Maynard, both 31 years old, allegedly entered a house on New Heckman Drive while brandishing a weapon and demanded money from the occupants on March 13. However, they fled after being confronted by a member of the local population. The police later apprehended the suspects along with two handguns found during the search. The mother of Earl Austin, Malissa Austin, who is 53 years old, was also arrested on suspicion of participating in the conspiracy.

The charges against Earl Austin include several firearm-related offenses, including illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, unlawful possession of a handgun, and possession of a dum-dum bullet, among others. He is also accused of theft and endangering the welfare of a child. In contrast, Loena Maynard is facing charges of unlawful purpose firearms, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a dum-dum bullet, and tampering with evidence.

The failed home invasion incident is not the only criminal activity that has recently occurred in Jersey City. According to the same source, ten men from the city have been arrested for their involvement in a drug distribution ring.
