The Games brings together the country’s best athletes in Canada’s largest multisport event every two years.

The first Canada Games were held in Quebec City in February 1967. The event brought together 1,800 athletes from 10 provinces and two territories to compete in 15 sporting events. This year’s edition will attract 3,600 athletes, managers and coaches from 20 different sports.
