During our visit to Bruntwood SciTech’s campuses in Leeds and Manchester, Deb Hetherington, Head of Innovation Services, explained what makes a successful innovation ecosystem. According to Hetherington, a successful innovation ecosystem needs a balance between innovative start-ups and scaling companies, ecosystem supporters, and more established businesses.
