Remembering Jeannine: A Life of Service. 1

Jeannine Ann Schuller, a lifelong resident of Salem, Ohio, passed away on March 16, 2023, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown. She was 85 years old. Jeannine dedicated her life to serving her community. She worked as an activities director at Opportunity Homes and Convalescent Center and as an instructor at the Robert Bycroft Sheltered Workshop. She was also a member of the Salem Band Parents Association and served as a group leader with the Camp Fire Girls. Additionally, Jeannine was a faithful member of St. Paul Catholic Church. Jeannine’s funeral will be held on March 22, 2023, at Stark Memorial Funeral Home, and her family requests that donations be made to the Salem High School Alumni Association in lieu of flowers. Jeannine is survived by her husband, William A. Schuller Jr., her son, Andrew (Heidi) Schuller III of Alexandria, VA, her daughters, Christine (Ed) McCann of Howland and Heidi Steele of Akron, and her sister, Rita Csepke of Spring, Texas.

Jeannine Ann Schuller, a lifelong resident of Salem, Ohio, passed away on March 16, 2023, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown. She was 85 years old. Jeannine was born on August 18, 1937, to Louis and Genevieve Gologram. She attended Salem High School and graduated in 1955.

Jeannine dedicated her life to serving her community. She worked as an activities director at Opportunity Homes and Convalescent Center and as an instructor at the Robert Bycroft Sheltered Workshop. She was also a member of the Salem Band Parents Association and served as a group leader with the Camp Fire Girls. Additionally, Jeannine was a faithful member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

Jeannine is survived by her husband, William A. Schuller Jr.; her son, Andrew (Heidi) Schuller III of Alexandria, VA; her daughters, Christine (Ed) McCann of Howland and Heidi Steele of Akron; her sister, Rita Csepke of Spring, Texas; six grandchildren, and two soon-to-be-born great-grandchildren. Her family was the center of her universe.

Jeannine was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Jo Andric, and her brother, Louis Gologram.

A memorial service will be held at Stark Memorial Funeral Home on March 22, 2023, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Tony Everett presiding. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 10 to 11 a.m. on the same day. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
