The app is a stunning virtual world set in the mystical land of Siddhāshrama based on Vedic teachings. The app is available for free download in both Hindi and English on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Priyanka Anand is the CEO of the Vedic Sadhana Foundation and aims to support every Hindu in finding their way back home to their roots.

The Sadhana app to Measure the Impact of Mantras on the Brain

The Sadhana app, developed by Vedic Sadhana Foundation, will be showcasing how mantra chanting can help calm the mind and body at an upcoming expo in Delhi. The foundation aims to demonstrate that the teachings of the Vedic culture, such as mantra sadhana, are still relevant today and backed by science.

During pilot testing, the brain waves of the demonstrator were measured while they were talking and distracted, as well as while they were focused and chanting a mantra of their choice, all in a crowded place. The results were immediate and showed that the graph of the brain waves went from being erratic to calmer almost instantly. This quick experiment proves that just a few minutes of chanting mantras can help control attention and emotions.

In addition to the expo, the Vedic Sadhana Foundation will also participate in a conference, with the main agenda of discussing the importance of technology in connecting people with spirituality. The foundation aims to help youth identify with their roots and seek answers through the Sadhana app instead of turning to other stimulants for solutions.

Priyanka Anand, CEO of Vedic Sadhana Foundation, shared that the foundation aims to address the mental health of youth and reach out to them with help as much as possible. The foundation believes that Vedic Dharma is the most beautiful and flexible dharma, and that people need to understand and appreciate its beauty.

Priyanka Anand, who had a confusing and restless time when she moved overseas at an early age, hopes to help those who have lost their path and detoured from the beautiful Vedic culture to find their way. Other panelists participating in the conference include Vikram Shastry, CEO of Black Lotus Technologies and Founder of Uttarainfo Institute, Dr. Vani Sud Dhindsa, Director of Vedantu, and Ashish Sahani, PhD and Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at IIT Ropar.

The foundation’s ultimate goal is to help individuals connect with their roots and spiritual journey while also promoting the importance of technology in this modern age.

Vedic Sadhana Foundation and the Innovative Sadhana App

The Vedic Sadhana Foundation (VSF), a not-for-profit outfit, developed the Sadhana app, a digital platform for Vedic worship. The app has seen exponential growth in its user base across age groups and nationalities, with thousands of daily sign-ups worldwide. Within the first few weeks of its launch, the Sadhana app had over one lakh users sign up for the app. The app is being supported by generous donors who believe in the cause and the importance of reviving Vedic traditions to pass onto future generations.

The Sadhana app is a virtual world set in the mystical land of Siddhāshrama, hidden deep in the Himalayas, based on Vedic teachings. The app features ancient temples of rich architectural design and glorious deities. The app’s interactive UI allows users to anoint the deities of their choice, perform powerful mantra japa, nitya pujas, Vedic Sadhana, and Yagyas, or fire offerings in a guided manner, at the touch of a finger on a smartphone screen.

The innovative brainchild of monk and internationally acclaimed author Om Swami, this app is based on his own Sadhana experience, extensive knowledge of Vedic scriptures, and technology. The handpicked team of Sadhana App includes some of the best artists and award-winning digital creators from countries such as France, Germany, Hungary, Argentina, Brazil, Ireland, Spain, Canada, England, Indonesia, Taiwan, Australia, and India.

The Sadhana app is available for free download in both Hindi and English on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. There are no ads, paywall, or restrictions.
