Deadline, an industry website, reported earlier this month that Oscar-nominated British actor Jude Law and British actor Nicholas Hoult – who is currently receiving rave reviews for his work in dark comedy The Menu – would star in The Order. The thriller is directed by Australian director Justin Kurzel, who previously directed Macbeth in 2015. Set in 1983, the film stars Law as an FBI agent investigating a series of violent bank robberies orchestrated by a domestic terrorist played by Hoult. Production will begin in Alberta in May, although specific locations have yet to be determined.
