Xbox Series X controller disconnection concern, Microsoft instantly
The problem concerns some games and different colors of controllers
Since the launch of Microsoft's new console, the Xbox Series X, many gamers have faced a recurring problem: disconnecting controllers on some games. Faced with this, the American giant announced that a solution would soon be offered in an update to the console, reports CNET, relayed by Tom's Guide.
“We are aware that some gamers may experience disconnections with their new Xbox wireless controllers and our teams are actively working on a solution to be included in a future update,” a Microsoft spokesperson told CNET. On a post created on the Microsoft forums, more than 1,700 players reported this problem. Many reports that their controller disconnects immediately after loading a save in the game Assassin's Creed Valhalla or in DOOM Eternal.

Microsoft wants to speed up the production of Xbox Series X
Microsoft explains that this problem concerns different colors of controllers, but the Shock Blue and Carbon Black versions seem to be the most affected by this disconnection phenomenon. Some players have decided to play by systematically plugging in the controller cable to avoid being interrupted.
At the same time, many are waiting to be able to get their Xbox Series X console, the victim of its success. Microsoft has also asked AMD to speed up production in order to meet demand.
