Tricks to cut an onion without crying

So that it does not continue to happen to you and you can cook in a calm way without having to be spilling tears, follow this advice.

1.- The easiest way to do it is to buy lenses specially designed to cut the onion, so you will not have to worry about doing some routine.

2.- One of the most effective tricks is to peel the onion, split it in half and immerse it in cold water for a few minutes. After drying it, you can cut it without letting go of a tear.

3.- If you keep the onions in your freezer for 5 minutes the irritating substances lose their potency, this will make them not make your eyes cry.

4.- You can also put the peeled onions with white vinegar for 10 minutes and then dry them with kitchen paper.

5.– Check that your knife has enough edge to cut, chopping the onion quickly can help you not to cry.
