- 100ml heavy cream

Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Alternately add dry and wet ingredients, ending with dry. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.

- Dark Chocolate Mousse: Bloom gelatin in water. Melt dark chocolate. Warm half the cream and stir in gelatin. Mix into chocolate, then fold in whipped cream.
