No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings
  • Chocolate sandwich cookies and pecan halves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate to set.
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls and add cocoa powder to one.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into both cream cheese mixtures until fully combined.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate chips into the mixture and layer the chocolate cheesecake over the crust. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  5. For the topping, cook the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, and caramel sauce over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Let it cool slightly before spreading over the cheesecake.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings, chocolate sandwich cookies, and pecan halves. Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
