Perfect Margarita
- 45 ml Tequila Patrón Silver
- 30 ml orange liqueur
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 7.5 ml natural syrup
+ Lemon slice and salt to decorate
METHOD
- Combine all the liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Serve strained on ice in a glass under frost with salt and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Margaret Agave
- 50 ml Tequila Patrón Reposado
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml agave nectar
+ Lemon slice to decorate
METHOD
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard to cool.
- Serve strained on ice in a glass under frost with salt and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Margarita Atotonilco
- 45 ml of Tequila Patrón Silver
- 30 ml natural syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- 40 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml lemon juice
+ Crusta of chili salt and decoration of peppermint bouquet
METHOD
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard to cool.
- Serve strained on ice in a glass under frost with crusta of chili salt and garnish with mint.
